Pour the milk in a pan and keep it on medium flame..let it boil.keep stirring.

Milk starts to thicken.At dis point add sugar and let it cook while stirring.When it comes in rabdi consistency add elaichi powder.

Off the flame and let it cool in room temperature.Pour into a bowl and keep it in freezer for 2 hours for setting.Garnish with dry fruits.And your delicious rabdi ice cream is ready.
