Steps

Heat one tablespoon oil in a pan.

Add potatoes, carrots and capsicum in it and saute for five minutes on high flame.

Add salt and red chilli flakes in it. Mix well.

Add refined flour in it. Mix properly and soute for two minutes.

Switch off the flame.

Transfer this mixture in to a bowl.

Add corn starch, coriander leaves, bread crumbs & schezwan sauce in it. Mix properly.

Divide the mixture in to equal portions and roll into round shape.

Deep fry them till they become golden and crispy.

Drain out on absorbant paper.

Sprinkle chat masala on it. Serve hot with schezwan chutney.
