Soak the cumin seeds, fennel seeds, bay leaf, black pepper corn in water for 30min. Then blend it to a smooth paste. Take a pan add oil and then add the prepared masala.

After frying for 30sec add the chopped veggies to it and cook it for a while. Then add the boil chana. Mix it well.

Add the grated coconut to it and give it a mix. Cook it by adding little amount of water till all the veggies are properly cooked.
