  • 1 bowlurad daal
  • 2 bowlrice

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash twice and Soak in water for 2 hours

  2. 2

    Grind it till all the mixture turned into a good smooth batter.

  3. 3

    Cover the batter and leave it 5 to 6 hoirs in room temperature

  4. 4

    Every 2 hours mix it and cover it

  5. 5

    After 5 to 6 hours it will b fermented and doubled in quantity

  6. 6

    Now you can make crispies dosa like restaurants.
