Pour oil in a pot, when oil is heated put salt and chicken.

Cook it for 3 mins.when the colour of chicken is changed.put vinegar and soya sauce.

Cover with lid,cook it for 10 mins.

Then take chopped chillies,coriander, black pepper in chicken.cover it with lid, cook for 3 mins.

Dish out and serve it with ketchup and naan.enjoy juicy delicious roast.
