Beef Fry kabab

In a chopper put boneless beef, salt, chilli powder, red chilli flakes, Chaat masala powder, dhania powder, cumin powder, gram masala powder, chana powder and grind till everything is properly grinded and mixed together.

Then add ginger garlic paste, lemon juice,yogurt (with water drained from it), Kacha papaya, cornflour, green chilli paste and mix it well.

Keep the grinded batter in a deep bowl and cover it. (Leave it on room temperature for 25-30 mins).

Burn a coal n place it inbetween the beef batter then the cover it for five mins.

Fry kabab in oil. (Can increase oil from 1/2 to 1 cup, according to your choice).

Fry kabab is ready to serve with parathas.
