Simple Rösti (Hash Browns) Simple Rösti (Hash Browns)
Rösti is a common potato dish from Switzerland and Germany. I toned down the amount of butter and cheese to make a light and simple variety. Serving with sausages. The centre of these rösti will be fluffy thanks to the boiled potatoes. Even with a small amount of butter and cheese, they'll turn out nice and fragrant if fried with sausages. Cheesy Crockpot Kielbasa Hashbrowns Cheesy Crockpot Kielbasa Hashbrowns
We always have kielbasa in the house since my husband’s family is Polish, and it’s a classic for holidays like Christmas and Easter. This recipe brings those comforting flavors into an everyday meal. And as someone who loves cheese, the gooey, cheesy hashbrowns are my favorite part. It’s simple, hearty, and always a hit. Jillian Dudek -
Crispy Waffle Hashbrowns Crispy Waffle Hashbrowns
I love crispy potatoes of any kind. When I saw posts about cooking various foods in a waffle iron, this was the first thing I wanted to make. Didn't own a waffle iron because I don't like waffles, so I found this Mini Dash tiny one for under $10. Worked out perfectly! Crunchy on the outside, soft inside, these potatoes were a quick, yummy snack! They'd also be a nice addition to an English muffin breakfast sandwich because it's just slightly larger than an English muffin (when made in the Mini Dash). Maggie Conlon -

World's Best Hashbrown Casserole World's Best Hashbrown Casserole
I started making this several years ago when we were having trouble making ends meet and only had a random assortment of food in the house, aside from ramen noodles of course. We had a half a roll of sausage, half a bag hashbrowns, some green beans, some gravy mix, and some cheese. There wasn't really enough of anything to make anything, so I just threw it all in a pan. Much to our surprise and delight, I had just created our new favorite dinner!*It is hard to plate it and make it look nice, but the taste more than makes up for that!!*Also, I have tried it with many different vegetables, but green beans worked the best. Fresh or frozen broccoli would be good as well, but then my husband wouldn't eat it, lol. m.volk
