2 to 3 people

1 cupgrated carrot
1 cupsugar
2 table spoonmilk cream
2 table spoonghee
as requireddry fruits in your choice
1 cupmango paste (for this I have used 1 no. Alphons mango, sliced to cubes and then grind)

1 st in a large kadai, heat the ghee & put grated carrot, sugar, milk cream. Allow them for well mixing. Once it’s mix well, add the mango paste and heat for some time. Allow them to mix well.

Once it’s started leaving the kadai, switch off the flame. Garnish with dry fruits.
