These soft, fermented slightly sweet earthy dough nuts are called Mangalore buns(south Indian) they can be served as breakfast or as evening snack.undoubtedly delicious..do try this famous buns..!

In a mixing bowl, take bananas and squeeze them nicely to a smooth paste,

Add flour, powdered sugar, curd, baking, soda, oil, salt, and cumin seeds,

Combine and mix everything nicely and prepare smooth dough, cover it with a wet cloth and let it rest for 6-7 hours to get fermented, (or you can let it rest entire night).

Now make small balls out of the dough,roll out each ball in small thick discs, and deep fry them in hot oil on medium flame,(like you deep fry regular pooris).

Your delicious Mangalore buns are ready to relish, you can serve these with chutney.
