  • 2 spoonDesi ghee for binding
  • Pinchsalt
  • 1 teaspoonAjwain carrom seeds
  • Yoghurt
  • Water as required for dough

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Take flour add ghee,salt,Ajwain and crumble it

    Prepare dough by adding warm water

    Dough should not be soft for paratha it should be thick

    Roll it in desired shape and fry on tawa
