Ingredients

one hour
4 people's
  • 1 cupRava/ Semolina
  • As neededOil
  • 1 tbspRice powder
  • 2 tablespoonbesan/gram flour
  • 4 tablespoonoats
  • 1/2 cup Curd
  • Pinchfenugreek powder
  • Pinch Hing/asafoetida
  • 1onion finely chopped
  • 1small carrot finely grate
  • 1small tomato chopped
  • 1small capsicum chopped
  • 5-6green chilli chooped
  • 2 tspcoriander leaves chopped
  • 2 tspCurry leaves
  • 1 tspFinely chopped ginger
  • 1 1/2 cupwater
  • To tasteSalt

Steps

one hour
  1. 1

    Mix all the Ingredients together except for the vegetables/ curry leaves mix and allow it to sit for 20 minutes.

    Now mix all vegetables in a bowl....and check batter consistency...it should be dosa batter consistency.

    Once the pan is hot,Make small Uthappams and generously add Ghee....and put batter over pan.

  4. 4

    On top of batter add mix vegetables and flip it down....slighlty roast..our uttapam is ready to eat.

    Serve mini uttapam with green chutney/coconut chutney or sauce.
