My first post of healthy recipe (Whattt, I eat healthy food too lol 😂)... Rava Coconut burfi is made up of all basic ingredients that will bring yummy yet healthy food on your plate.. If you have a sweet tooth and are afraid of gaining weight.. Eat a piece of this everyday and I promise it will help improving your health.

Heat ghee in a pan. Once hot cook rava in it until it changes little color (aprx 2-3 mins) Add raisins and cook for another 2 minutes

At medium flame or heat Add coconut and cook until it is golden (3-4mins) Now lower temperature to add jaggery and cook until jaggery dissolves. Add warm milk and start working fast as milk will bind the ingredients

Stop the heat and take out the contents in a moulding plate. Cut it in desired square or diamond shape. Sprinkle sliced dryfruits. Let it cool to set.
