Suji potato cutlet
Steps

Take one cup suji in a bowl and add the same amount of curd in it. Keep it for 15 mins.

Take two boiled potatoes and 1 chopped onion and put it in the material. Add salt, green chilli, coriander leaves and mix them all to make a dough.

Apply some oil on hand and make small round shaped cutlet or any shape you want to make.

Fry these cutlets till it become golden brown and serve it with any sauce.
