  • 2Potato boiled & cut into pieces
  • 2 tbspTarmarind (imli) dissolve in water
  • 6 clovesGarlic chopped
  • 6Curry leaves
  • 1 tbspRed chilli powder
  • 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspCumin powder
  • 1/2 tspCoriander powder
  • 1/2 tspSugar
  • as per taste Salt
  • 2 tbspOil

  1. 1

    Squeeze tamarind (imli) from the water.In a water add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, sugar, salt and mix well.

    In a pan, add oil than add garlic & curry leaves and saute for a minute and add the tamarind water and mix well.

    Add potato & fry them for 3 to 4 minute.Garnish wth coriander leaves.
