Peri peri paneer pinwheel Paratha

Make a tight dough by mixing wheat flour, salt, sugar, oil and water and keep aside

In a bowl add all the ingredients under filling and mix well

Once the dough is well rested take a small portion from it and roll like a chapati spread the filling evenly all over the roti. And roll it tightly as shown in the pic..

Cut it into 2 half's and press it (see pic) and roll it again..

Heat a tawa, drizzle some oil, place the paratha and roast it from both the sides.. Let's it be a little crisp.. Serve it with tomato ketchup and salad..
