Leftover rice kabab

This is yummy twist of any kind of leftover rice
Steps

Collect all ingredients together

Mesh rice with hand or by use of chopper. I mein using Chana daal khitchri here. You can use plain boiled rice as well

Add chopped vegetables in it and mix well.

Add spices in rice and mix.(You can increase or decrease according to your taste)

Add gram flour in it and mix well. (You can increase or decrease flour according to your need). Mixture consistency should not be runny but soft
- 7
Make patties of desired shape and size and shallow fry them in preheated oil. Take out when turn golden from both sides. Serve with chutney and enjoy.
