Take ghee and sugar in bowl. Mix well till smooth texture

Then add suji and gram flour and mix well

Then add wheat flour and mix it till binding..we will not need water for binding

Make small ball size and press lightly. Garnish with cashews and almonds

Preheat kadai with adding salt in it. Then place the plate with nankhatai and cover it with lid and cook till 20/25 minutes on medium low flame.

Then cool it till 15 minutes out side on room temperature and now it's ready to enjoy with tea
