Ingredients

  • 500 gmlauki(bottlegourd)
  • 1 litreMilk
  • to tasteGur(Jaggery)
  • 4Cardamom
  • 2 tspGhee

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut the lauki into small pieces and wash it

  2. 2

    Take a karahi and add ghee into it. Add lauki and stir it

  3. 3

    After 7 minutes, add milk and cardamom and boiled it properly till the mixture become properly boiled and concentrated

  4. 4

    Add gur at the end and cook it till the gur properly mixed with the mixture and mixture become more concentrated

  5. 5

    Lau er payesh is ready for serve as a dessert
