Ingredients

  1. 1 bunchspinach (around 300gms)
  2. 2 cupsgram flour
  3. 2-3green chillies
  4. 1/4 tsp carom seeds
  5. 1 pinchAsafoetida
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  8. 1 tbsp rice flour (optional)
  9. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  10. as neededOil for deep frying

Cooking Instructions

    Cut spinach stems and separate it's leaves. Clean it. And wash it.

    Cut spinach or you can use leaves directly also.

    Take gram flour in a large mixing bowl add rise flour in it. Add all the spices and make a lump free batter.

    Add chopped spinach leaves in it and mix it nicely.

    Heat oil in kadhai. Add 1-2 t spn hot oil in batter and mix it.pakoda becomes crisper because of it.

    Drop pakodas in hot oil with help of spoon or with your hand. Fry it golden brown by flipping it on medium heat.

    Remove pakodas out of of oil and serve it with chutany or tomato sauce.
