Ingredients

30mins
4 servings
  • 500 gramChicken boneless cut in cubes
  • 1/4 tspSalt
  • 1Egg beaten
  • 4 tbspCornflour
  • 1 tbspSoya sauce
  • 1 tspChilli sauce
  • 1 tspGinger Garlic paste
  • Marinate chicken with above recipe and deep fry them and kept aside
  • For gravy
  • 2-3 tbspChilli oil
  • 2 tbspCrushed ginger
  • 6-7 tbspKetchup
  • 10-12Gol laal mirch
  • 1 1/2 tbspChilli paste
  • 1 tbspVinegar
  • 1 cupChicken Stock
  • 1-2 tbspSugar
  • 1 tbspChicken powder
  • as neededSalt
  • 1capsicum in cubes
  • 1onion cubed

Steps

  1. 1

    First of all deep fry chicken and keep aside.

  2. 2

    In same oil fry gol laal mirch and also keep them aside.
    Now in a wok add chilli oil, and crushed ginger. Fry it on high flame till it's little brown in color.

    Add ketchup 5 tbsp. Add fried gol laal mirch, chilli paste 2 tbsp. Now add vinegar, sugar Add stock and then add chicken.

    Now add chicken powder amd adjust salt.add the veggies

  5. 5

    Chilli oil and paste

    Red button chillies ½kg (soak over night in water)
    garlic 4-5 cloves
    White vinegar 4tbsp
    Water to make paste
    Blend all the above item together very well.

  6. 6

    Now heat 4 tbsp oil and add the blended chilli paste. Fry a little for 5 minutes then add sugar and some salt. Cook for 15-20 mins till oil is red.

  7. 7

    Serve with fried rice.
