In a large bowl, add this mint-cilantro paste along with the toasted chickpea flour, dried mango powder, garam masala, dried fenugreek leaves, yogurt, lemon juice, MSG (if using), red chili powder, paneer tikka masala, and salt to taste. Mix well to make a batter. Add the chopped onions, tomatoes, bell peppers, and paneer to the batter and mix gently to coat everything evenly.

Let it marinate for 30 minutes. After marinating, thread the paneer, onions, tomatoes, and bell peppers onto skewers. Lightly grease with a little oil. Heat a grill pan, add a little oil, and grill the paneer tikka skewers until golden and cooked through.
