Garlic bread

I just want another shape so I did into baking tray and give an oval shape.
Steps

In a bowl mix warm water, yeast and sugar. Keep it for 10min to activate the yeast. Other side, add plain flour and garlic butter into a big bowl. Add salt and Activated yeast, mix well and add water as require and bind smooth dough. Add some oil and knead for 5-7min. And keep aside. (Here you don't need to give rest, not even for 10 min. Directly you need to roll and cut into stips)

Divide the dough into 2 portion, and roll rectangle shape. (Make sure you sprinkle flour lightly, so fold doesn't get stick to eachother, and you can stuff cheese easily.) Cut into 1inch wide strips and fold like plits. And put it into greased plate.

Add chopped cheese into plits and then let it rise for 1 and half hr. Then brush with milk. (Here I stuffed cheese is just for nice flavor, not for making cheese garlic bread)

Preheat oven at 220° C for 10min. Then bake garlic bread at 200° C for 30min. Let it cool down a little and remove ftom tray. Serve hot with butter. Or with butter and cheese.

NOTE - Here I added a full spoon of garlic paste to butter and just melted for 30sec in microwave. Then used it as garlic butter.
