Ingredients

15-20 mins
2 people
  1. 2 cuppreboiled rice
  2. 3/4 cupurad dal
  3. 1 tspfenugreek seed
  4. Handfulbeaten rice
  5. to tasteSalt (rock salt)
  6. 1/2 cupSpinach puree

Steps

15-20 mins
  1. 1

    Soak rice, fenugreek, and beaten rice for 5 hours

  2. 2

    Drain water out from it

  3. 3

    Grind it by adding 1 cup water keeping it coarse

  4. 4

    Cover the batter and keep for fermentation in a warm place for about 7-8 hours

  5. 5

    Our batter is ready

    Now add spinach puree in it to gain green colour

    Mix it and pour in a piping bag

    Now pipe it out in window shape

    Cook it for sometime

    Garnish and serve
