At first, take a pan to boil the milk 8-10 mins. Add sugar and cardamon powder to it and boil it for 2 mins. Add rose water (optional).

Take some hot water in a cup and mix the milk powder, add keser to it. Now your keser milk is ready.

Then, add rosogollas into the pan and boil it for 2-3 mins at low flame.

Next, add keser milk to it and turn off the flame. Keser Rosomalai is ready.

When it gets cool, garnish it with rose petals.
