Wash and grind spinach leaves, corainder leaves, green chillies, ginger in mixer jar to smooth paste.

In mixing bowl add wheat flour,maida, cummin seeds,salt, oil and prepared spinach paste. Mix well. Add little water if necessary to bind into tight paratha dough.

Knead dough for few minutes. Divide into 10 equal portions. Roll each flatten ball into 6-7" round thin roti. Smear ghee all over it as shown.

Sprinkle dry rice flour. Fold like fan. Again roll into round ball.

Sprinkle rice flour and roll again gently into 6" round paratha. Place on hot griddle. Roast on both sides with ghee. Similarly prepare all parathas.

Serve/ Relish Delicious & Nutritious Spinach Laccha Parathas with mango pickle, curd/dahi or Gujarati kadhi.
