Take semolina add curd, water, salt into it, mix it well, put aside for 30 mins.

After 30 mins add baking soda into mixture and make a batter semi liquid

Meanwhile, take oil add green chili-ginger paste add all the masala and mashed potato, mix it well

Make a tikki of masala

Grease hand sandwich machine,pour half batter into it, place tikki in between

Cover the tikki with batter, keep it on gas stove on medium flame.

Turn side by side you can also make on nonstick tawa.

Healthy sandwich is ready now taste it like it.
