  • 1/2 cupself raising flour
  • 1/4 cupcooking oil
  • 1egg
  • 1 tbspmilk
  • 1 tspvanilla essence
  • 1/4 cupsugar

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

    Smear some oil on all sides of your sandwich maker

  3. 3

    Pour the batter on all the sides of your sandwich maker.

    Turn on the sandwich maker and let the batter bake for 4-5 minutes

    The end result should give you a soft spongy cake.
