Soak the mung dal for 2 hours and then grind to a smooth paste by adding salt and turmeric (use very little water if necessary)

Add chilli flakes to the batter and whisk the batter.The batter for pancake is ready

Heat a nonstick skillet, brush the oil and pour the batter with a ladle,cook both sides on medium flame by adding very less oil

Once cooked add 1 tsp paneer and 1 tsp carrot upon it.sprinkle some salt and paprika then add tomato sauce and at last sprinkle some mixed herbs.Cook all the pancakes similarly and serve hot.
