  12. 4 Tea spoongaram masala

    First of all,heat the oil on the pan,(quantity is as mentioned above),Now put cumin seeds and Asafoetida and potatoes,Cellofry the mixture till potatoes turn pink

    Do not overcook potatoes,Now put garlik_chili_ginger paste and stir for half minute, Now put turmeric,red chili powder, coriander_ cumin powder and garam masala,Cut small pieces of spinach and tomatoes,put them in the mixture on pan and close the pan for few minutes,Make sure that there remains no water in the mixture.
