Ingredients

  1. 1 cupMethi
  2. 1 cupFlour
  3. 1 teaspoonSalt
  4. 1/2 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  5. as required Oil
  6. as required Water

Steps

    Take a bowl. Add flour and methi amd mix well

    Add spices and water and knead a soft dough.

    Rest for 5 min.

    Take some portion and make Parantha.

    Heat a tawa. Add Parantha on it.

    After 1 min, flip off.

    Crisp on both sides.

    Its ready. Serve with curd.
