Ingredients: 2 cups Flour; 1 tsp Yeast; 1 tsp Sugar; 1 tsp Salt; 1 tbsp Olive oil; 1/2 tsp Oregano; 1 tbsp Dry milk powder; 1 Egg; 1/2 cup Warm water; 4 tomatoes blended without skin and seeds; 1/4 cup ketchup; 2 cloves garlic chopped; 1 tsp red chilli powder; 1/2 tsp salt; 1 small onion boiled and then blend; 1/2 tsp oregano; 1 cup Chicken tikka chunks; 1 Capsicum chopped; 1 onion chopped; 2 cup mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese

2 cupsFlour
1 tspYeast
1 tspSugar
1 tspSalt
1 tbspOlive oil
1/2 tspOregano
1 tbspDry milk powder
1Egg
1/2 cupWarm water
Pizza sauce:
4tomatoes blended without skin and seeds
1/4 cupketchup
2 clovesgarlic chopped
1 tspred chilli powder
1/2 tspsalt
1small onion boiled and then blend
1/2 tsporegano
For topping
1 cupChicken tikka chunks
1Capsicum chopped
1onion chopped
2 cupmozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese

Mix yeast and sugar in warm water and leave for 10 mints

In sifted flour add milk powder, salt, olive oil, egg, oregano and mixture of yeast and sugar with water mix well, make a smooth dough, cover and leave for 2 or 3 hours for rising.

For pizza sauce, take a pan and cook all ingredients till thick.

Now spread the dough in 12 inch pizza pan then prick it with fork.

Spread pizza sauce on it, chicken tikka pieces, chopped capsicum, chopped onion and mozzarella and cheddar cheese, sprinkle some chilli flakes and lil oregano.

Bake for 20 minutes on 200c.
