Ingredients

  • 250 gmsnoodles
  • 2 tbspRefined oil
  • 3Onion medium sized
  • 1Capsicum
  • 50 gramspaneer
  • 50 gmsSoyabean
  • 1 tbspRed chilli sauce
  • 1 tbspVinegar
  • 2 tbspTomato sauce
  • 1/2 tspSoya sauce
  • 1/4 tspAjino moto
  • As per taste Salt
  • 1 tspBlack pepper powder

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    First to boil water & add noodles to the boiling water once it's 90% cooked. Turn off the flame and strain it.

    Take a pan, add oil, some finely chopped vegetables.

    Then add vinegar, soya sauce, red chilli sauce, tomato sauce and pepper powder.

    Finally add the cooked noodles and toss it all together. Stir fry the noodles for 10 mins.

    Ready to serve with onion or butter.
