Take a pan roast Semolina for 4-5 mins. Chop all the veggies. Now take ghee in a pan, when ghee was melted add cumin seeds, Ginger garlic paste And cook them for 2 mins.

Now add oll veggies And saute them for 5 mins.Now add roasted Semolina And oll spices And mix it well. Further add water And combine well..when water was soaked add Coriander leaves on it... Healthy Upma is ready to serve.
