Heat oil in kadai

Once the oil is medium hot, slice banana with slice grater directly in the oil, Fry the slices for another 1-2 minutes. Continue to cook on medium heat, till the spluttering stops, and the chips are nice and golden yellow, starts getting crispy.

Then you can add masala of your choice I used only salt. Ready to serve. You can store it in freezer for 1 month in air tight container
