Ingredients

  1. 250 gmnoodles boiled
  2. 2 tbspoil
  3. 2 tbspsesame seeds
  4. 1/2 cuponion Julienne
  5. 1/2carrot Julienne
  6. 1/2pepper Julienne (red, yellow and green)
  7. 1 tbspchopped green chilli
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 1 tspsoya sauce
  10. 1 tbspchilli sauce
  11. 1 tbspvinegar
  12. 2 tbspchopped cabbage

Cooking Instructions

    Heat water in a big vessel and boil noodles by adding little oil and salt.after boiling strain extra water and keep cool.

    Now heat oil in a Big kadhai or vok. Julienne all veggies and keep in a plate.

    Add vegetable to hot oil and saute for 2 minutes on high flame.

    Now add soy sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce and mix well.add boiled noodles and toss well to mix.

    Sprinkle sesame on it and simmer for a minute on low flame.

  6. 6

    Ready to serve hot. sprinkle black pepper if like more spice.
