  • Small size fish
  • 1tomato
  • 1onion
  • 1tspoon salt
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1 spoonwhite zeera
  • Pinchhaldi
  • 2tspoon Coriander powder
  • Chat masala
  • 8-10curry leaves
  • Pinchkalongi
  • Oil for frying

  1. 1

    Put cut upper in part and inner part of fish

    Take all spices together and cut tomato and onion in cubes

    Chop green chillies and curry leaves and mix with all

    Mix all spices kalongi and chat masala as well

    Take fish and take mixture and put inside fish

    Take oil in pan and fry fish on medium flame.
