1 bunchfenugreek leaves clean and washed and fry in oil
5 tbsdry fenugreek leaves
1 cupweat/ atta
1tsps sesame seeds
1 tspcumin seeds
1/2 tspcarom seeds
1/4 cupflour
1/4 cupsemolina
1/4basan
to tasteSalt
1/2 tspred chili powder

Take a bowl add all ingredients mix well and add some water and make a fine dough and rest for 15minutes/

Make balls and roll and fold and again roll and nicely fry

Ready to serve
