Vegetable Upma
Simple and Healthy Vegetable Rava Upma.
Steps

Heat a pan add rava and roast it for 2-3 min in low medium flame. Then switch off the flame add rava in a plate and keep aside. Now heat a pan and add oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves and saute till the mustard seeds splutter.

Now add all chopped veggies saute it for 5 min.

Now pour water to this mixture.Add salt. When water starts to boil add roasted rava slowly, stirring continuously in another hand.

Cover and allow it to steam for 5 minutes on the low flame. And upma is ready to serve.
