Wash Palak leaves nicely and chop them.

Now in a big bowl mix wheat flour, suji, ginger, salt, 1 tbs oil, carom seeds and add Palak and Knead the hard dough. Cover and keep aside for 10 minutes.

After some time apply 1 tbs oil and Knead the dough again and make small ball of equal sizes.

Now one by one roll all the balls of desired shapes on a rolling board.

Heat the oil at medium high flame and when oil is hot fry all the Puries from both the sides light golden in color.

Serve hot with tomato chutney.
