Steps

Take a pan and put ghee 1tsp then add 7ceshew and 7 resin then saute it till it become golden brown then removed be them from the pan.

Then in the same pan add 2tsp ghee and ½cup rava mix it well and fry for 5 minutes on low flame.

Take other pan take 1 cup water and boil it then as tha water start boiling add the roasted rava in the boiling water then mix well such that no lumps are formed and let the water absorb completely and make sure no lumps are formed.

Now in the mixture add 3/4 cup sugar and mix it well till the sugar is complete dissolved in the mixture.

Now add 2tsp saffron water and ghee ¼cup and mix well and remove all the lumps.

Now cover the pan with lid and let it get cook for 2 mint.

After 2 min add roasted cashew,resin and ¼tsp cardamom powder in it and mix well.

As the mixture start beginning nonsticky to the pan and ghee start coming out of the mixture your kesari bhat is ready.
