Grind sattu in mixer.

Take bowl add,sattu flour then semolina, Fenugreek, stems of spinach and Fenugreek, salt, onion, green chillies, turmeric powder, Red chilli powder. Add water and prepare batter of dosa consistency.

Heat Pan apply some oil and pour sattu mixture and fry from both sides and serve with tomato sauce.
