Ingredients

  1. 1 cuprice (soaked half and hour)
  2. 1/4 cupmethi seed (fenugreek seeds soaked over night)
  3. 1onion sliced
  4. 1tomato chopped
  5. 1-2green chillies slit
  6. 1 tspoil or ghee
  7. as requiredCurry leaves
  8. 1 tspzeera (cumin)
  9. leavesCoriander
  10. as per tasteSalt (if are cooking for weight loss then add pink salt)
  11. 1 tsp desi ghee

Cooking Instructions

    In pressure cooker heat oil and add onion, tomato, green chillies, curry leaves and zeera

  2. 2

    Cook for 2 minutes and add fenugreek seeds and cook for 4-5 minutes

  3. 3

    Now add rice, coriander leaves and 2cup water and take 3 whistle

  4. 4

    Your khichdi is ready to serve.... Serve hot and add 1 spoon ghee on hot khichdi ghee enhance the taste of khichdi
