Steps

Pressure cook 1 cup rice for four whistle.

Transfer cooked rice in other vessel and mash it to smooth texture.

Add 1/2 cup milk and mix it well.

Add 1 cup curd, salt to taste and mix it again well.

And rest for 10 min.

Lets prepare tempering by the time.

Take a pan add 3 tsp oil and 1 dry red chilli

Add 2 tbsp chanadal and fry well.

Add 1 tbsp urad dal and fry well.

Add 1 chopped green chilli, 1/2 inch chopped ginger and 01 tsp mustard.

Fry it for 30 sec and add tempering to rice mixture.

Mix it well and check picture below for perfect consistency.

Serve it hot or cold with some pickle on side and it just taste yummy.
