Roast 3 tomatoes and 2 brinjals with slit cut on it and put garlic cloves in it

On other side take wok... Put some mustard oil dn pinch of hing... Chopped onions.. after 2 mins add degi mirch, coriander powder, garam msla, salt...

When brinjals and tomatoes get roast.. put them in water.. whn it cools, peel the black part and mash

Then put it in wok.. and cook it for 15 mins... In btw saute it and again cook..till oil saprates... Your bharta is ready

Garnish with coriander... Serve hot with curd and Chapati.. enjoy
