Gurasa (Bandashe)

Nigeria

Gurasa is a popular haush dish especially in Kano in the northern part of Nigeria. This recipe is so delicious I can assure you that. I have never tried making gurasa this was my first time and guys it was divine. Everyone enjoyed it at home. The secret to having that mouthwatering gurasa is to leave it stay for like 15 minutes in a food flask after making so that all that ingredients moisten together in d gurasa.
