Methi masala paratha

In a bowl take the wheat flour and knead into soft dough using as required quantity of water. Keep it for 10 minutes.

In a plate, take kasuri methi, red chill powder, turmeric, chilli flakes, salt, coriander powder, cumin seeds powder, ajwain and mix well.

Divide equal portions of lemon sized balls from the dough and roll into thin chapathi. Apply oil on it and spread it. Dust it with flour. Then fold the chapathi into pleats like lacha paratha and make a ball.

Coat this pleated ball with the methi masala powder on both sides and roll into paratha.

Heat a pan and place the paratha on it. cook on both sides by applying ghee or oil.
