Cinnamon Maple Breakfast Quinoa
Very easy and simple dish can be cooked in the microwave. I have cooked this breakfast dish for the soldiers and turned out very well. One of the healthier breakfast to try for. Something different but full of nutrition 🍯😋😋

Rinse the quinoa thoroughly in cold water.

Drain before adding to a microwave safe bowl. Add a cup of water, cinnamon and butter. Cover with cling film before cooking for 5 minutes.

Remove the bowl and stir before returning to the microwave for a further 4 minutes. Take care when removing the bowl as this may be too hot. Place on the side and cover with foil for 2 minutes.

To serve, fluff the quinoa to separate it, add a dash of milk, top with bananads and sprinkle with cinnamon powdee to taste.
