4Pumpkin flowers
2 tbspbesan/gram flour
1 tbspRice flour
to tasteSalt
1/4 tspRed chilli powder
1/4 tsppoppy seeds
As neededOil for fry

First clean the flowers. Take out their pollen. Wash it.

Make batter of besan, rice flour, poppy seeds, red chilli powder and salt mix well. Add little hot oil in batter
3

Deep fry the flowers with batter till it turns golden brown.
