Ingredients

35 minutes
15 cookies
  • 100 gmmaida / all-purpose flour
  • 60 gmButter
  • 100 gmSugar powder
  • 1 pinchSalt
  • 1/8 tspBaking powder
  • 1/2 tspMilk

Steps

35 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix maida, sugar powder, baking powder and salt well.

    Add butter to it and mix well.

    Now add milk drop by drop based on the consistency. Don't pour it fully. Mix until dough is not sticky to the bowl.

    Keep it for 30 minutes. In the mean time preheat at 180°.

    Keep the butter paper in the tray and apply butter in it. Now let's keep the cookies.

    Now bake for 25 minutes and after that allow it to cool for 10 minutes. Enjoy these delicious cookies.
