Add both Garlic cloves and the Salt to a food processor and puree until soft. Scrape the sides of the processor from time to time to ensure that all of it is used properly.

Begin adding Oil to it slowly from the lid followed by a tablespoon of Lemon juice. Keep alternating between Oil and Lemon juice until both gets finished off.

Alternating between oil and lemon juice creates an emulsification effect and helps in getting a thick and a fluffy sauce. The whole process takes about 10 to 15 minutes.

Store in an airtight container in a refrigerator and relish upto a month.
